Vincent
Lencioni – The founding partner of Lencioni, Galvez
y Asociados, LGA Consulting was born and raised in Bakersfield,
California. He received his undergraduate degree from
Occidental College in Los Angeles. While at Occidental,
Mr. Lencioni received a Richter Fellowship and completed a
six-month study of the Partido Acción Nacional
(PAN) in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Hermosillo. He
received his Master’s Degree in Latin American Studies
from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA),
with focuses in business administration and economics.
Part of the Master’s Degree was completed in the
Economics and Accounting Faculties at the Universidad
Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) during a
year of study abroad in Mexico City. Mr. Lencioni
completed his legal studies in 1997, earning his Mexican
Law Degree from the Universidad Tecnológica de México
in Mexico City.
Prior to founding the company, Mr. Lencioni worked for TraTec of
California, a maquiladora shelter Company, as a Marketing
and Operations Specialist in San Diego and Tijuana, and at
Price/CostCo in San Diego, as Assistant to the Vice
President, in charge of export sales to Mexico. Since
1990, Mr. Lencioni has resided and worked in Mexico City.
During his first three years in Mexico City, he worked as
the Sub Director of International Commerce and Investment
at the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico. Ten years
ago, Mr. Lencioni was contracted by the State of Wisconsin
to open and run its largest and arguably most important
trade office, which he has been managing ever since. In
1998, Mr. Lencioni was elected President of the
Association of US State Offices in Mexico (ASOM), and in
1999-2000, he served on the Board of Directors of the
American Chamber of Commerce – Mexico (AmCham).
Mr. Lencioni is a fully certified Mexican attorney. Prior to LGA Consulting, he was an Associate with the corporate law firms Peyton & Asociados, Garcia Barragan y Villela Abogados, and Connell and Associates. He has considerable experience with investment, corporate, and commercial law and operations matters, and in government procurement procedures, standards certification, and lobbying for American companies in Mexico. Mr. Lencioni is completely bilingual and bicultural, with native fluency in English, non-native fluency in Spanish, and coursework and some proficiency in Portuguese.
Nora Galvez
– Nora is a Mexican certified public
accountant and completed her studies and certification at
the Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Hidalgo. She has
extensive experience working within companies and
accounting firms on individual and corporate and income
tax issues. She worked for several years in the Mexican
IRS (the Mexican Treasury and Tax Secretary) as an outside
auditor, before moving to Tijuana to become the head
accountant at Ensambles Magneticos, a Mexican maquiladora
company with several plants in the Baja California area.
She later went on to work for Ruiz Urquiza/Arthur Andersen
for six years in their budget and accounting division.
Nora is bilingual and bicultural, married to a US citizen,
and has participated in training and work seminars within
Arthur Andersen’s training facilities in Lake Charles,
Illinois. Nora is one of the founder partners of the firm.
Nora offers fiscal consulting assistance for LGA
Consulting and accounting services for companies as an
associate within the Mexico accounting firm of Grupo
A´Cont.
Maritza
Ramos
– Senior
Trade Specialist. Maritza joined LGA in January
2009. She has a bachelor degree in Marketing from the
ITESM. Maritza brings a strong expertise in Direct
Marketing to LGA which she acquired at Reader's Digest
Mexico, where she held responsibilities in sales,
marketing, and channel market strategies for Mexico and
the Hispanic Markets in the USA and Puerto Rico. She was a
major contributor to the successful positioning of the
Music Product line as the third most profitable in the
Digest world. Six years ago, she joined the Ohio
Department of Development office in Mexico City, where she
carried out close to 80 channel market and business
development projects on behalf of companies in Ohio
interested in introducing or strengthening their exports
to Mexico. Other related work experience includes Market
Research at Leo Burnett Mexico and Sales & Marketing
at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
Gina De Leon
– Gina was born and raised in California. She received her BA in Business Administration from Woodbury University. Following her studies, she worked at Walt Disney Studios first in Accounting and later in Promotions and Merchandising in charge of research, bargaining, and approval of promotional items for television and motion pictures. She then moved on to Southern California Presbyterian Homes where she worked in Human Resources and as Fundraising Coordinator. Gina came to Mexico in 1997 and began working for Grupo Logistics, a logistics and customs broker firm with several offices in Mexico and U.S. border areas. She held the position of Office Manager in charge of human resources, public relations for U.S. accounts, logistics, and in charge of research on customs laws and regulations. She received Technical Training from Grupo Logistics and from the Universidad del Valle De Mexico in International Commerce. Before joining LGA Consulting, Gina worked on projects and assignments for the Mexico Trade Offices of Wisconsin, Arizona, Kentucky, and Arkansas. Gina is completely bilingual and bicultural, with native fluency in English and Spanish.
Norma Lopez

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the Universidad del Valle. In 2001, she completed her second Masters Degree in International Business at Alliant International University (former United States International University). Norma has post graduated diplomas in Marketing, International Trade & Human Resource Management from the ITESM University. She has taken several courses in finance and economics, leadership, sales and negotiation in well recognized Institutions. She has also participated in house training programs with Nestle Company for Customer Business Plan and Time Management. Since 2006, she has been a part-time professor of International Negotiations at ITESM University, one of the most recognized universities in Mexico and Latin America. She has more than 14 years of experience working with Americans and Asians in Mexico and with travel assignments in Asia, the United States, and throughout Mexico. Currently, Norma is in charge of retail business consulting for LGA. Her main activities are to assist US & foreign retail product companies in business development in Mexico & Latin America, and to carry-out strategy and implementation consulting and services for Mexican-based foreign subsidiaries.
Claire
Carranza -
Trade Specialist. Claire graduated from the Instituto the Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, State of México campus, with a degree in International Relations. At the moment, she is taking graduate coursework in Quality and Productivity at the Universidad Tecnológica de México. She has traveled extensively in the US and lived abroad, and is completely bilingual and bicultural.
Alejandro Vega
- Alejandro joined LGA earlier this year as a Trade Specialist. He graduated from the Universidad del Valle with a degree in Business Administration in 2007. Alejandro is bilingual and bicultural, and his workload is focused on B2B product projects.
Celeste Santiesteban
- Office Administrador.
Celeste graduated from the Universidad ETAC with a negree in Administration and IT Studies in 2006, She has experience in preventive and corrective system maintenance, the administration of Networks, and administrative and accounting asistanse. Celeste handles all administrative matters and works with staff accountants to deal with resolve all types of internal and client accounting, fiscal, and administrative issues. She started with LGA in
2006.
